We need someone who can stay close to what is changing in the AI tooling landscape, understand what matters for our business, and help turn that understanding into practical operational improvements.  A big part of this role is making sure AI tooling is configured properly, used effectively, and operating reliably. You will work with teams who use AI tools day to day, understand where tooling is creating friction, identify what needs to change, and follow through on the detailed operational work that makes systems dependable.  This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants real responsibility for how AI tooling operates inside a fast-moving SaaS business.
