The SheConnects Digital Accelerator: Africa is an initiative managed by CARE in partnership with the GSMA Foundation and supported by the Gates Foundation. It supports organizations working to bridge the digital gender gap by identifying and scaling proven solutions that empower women and girls through digital technologies. Round 2 opened on 20 May 2026 and focuses on partnerships for women's digital empowerment at scale across Sub-Saharan Africa.
