Architectural Interior Designer

This is a remote position. Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) We are in search of an experienced Architectural & Interior Designer who is fervent about design and possesses a rich background in both residential and commercial project designs, mainly in kitchens and bathrooms. As a Kitchen/ Bathrooms Designer/Architect, you will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of kitchen/bathrooms design projects from inception to completion. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. Responsibilities • Design and plan kitchen/bathroom renovations that meet client specifications and recent trends. • Create detailed construction documents for client presentations and supplier coordination. • Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3DS Max, and Lumion to produce high-quality visualizations. • Engage with clients to refine designs and confirm requirements, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to timelines. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution. • Creation and elevation of designs using the 20/20 platform. • Deployment of the KCDW software for developing and presenting precise kitchen concept visuals. • Execution of 3D modeling and elementary rendering for architectural and interior designs utilizing Revit and Sketchup. • Production of detailed planimetric sketches employing AutoCAD.
