Requirements • 1+ years of experience as a Billing Manager or Anti-Fraud Manager • Experience with chargebacks, refunds, performance metrics, cost optimization, etc • Strong analytical mindset and systematic approach to problem-solving • Ability to work independently and formulate hypotheses and solutions to assigned problems • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher Responsibilities • Monitoring the key performance indicators affecting billing efficiency: authorization rate, risk metrics, and cost optimization (including detailed analytics) • Negotiating terms and conditions with the payment providers • Working closely with the product managers, support team, finance department, management, and developme
