About the roleLuminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain — and we're growing our OEM segment across the DACH market. As a BDR based in Germany, you'll own the top of the funnel: turning cold outreach into qualified pipeline for our Account Executives. This is a high-impact role for someone who believes cold calling isn't dead, thrives on outbound, and wants to grow into a closing role in B2B SaaS. What you'll do • Run multichannel outbound sequences — email, phone, LinkedIn, and events — targeting technical buyers at OEMs across the DACH region • Use tools like Apollo, Clay, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and work targeted lead lists • Qualify prospects through cold call sequences to identify ICP fit • Hand off warm opportunities to Account Executives with clean notes and context • Track your own metrics and bring frontline market insights back to sales and marketing leadership Who you are • Required BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS (or strong hunger to break in) • Fluent in German and English — you'll be reaching buyers across the DACH region • Comfortable with rejection and energized by outbound • Driven to grow into an Account Executive role and willing to earn it • Bonus: experience or genuine curiosity in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware • Nice to have: you use AI as more than a better search engine. Ideally you've built your own automations, workflows, or tools — we care about what you've actually shipped, not what you've read them Work setup Remote from Germany. Munich is our global HQ; we also have a Berlin hub. Travel We meet regularly for team retreats and selected industry events, so expect occasional travel. We cover the costs.
