Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on, commercially driven Business Development Director to lead and grow new business for THG Studios. This senior role combines strategic leadership with active engagement in the full business development cycle — from identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an executor: someone who thrives on building relationships, developing tail
