• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently or in a team • Strong analytical and presentation skills
