We’re now looking for a Care Assistant to support our clients in Crawley. If you’re passionate about meaningful, one-to-one care and want a role where you can genuinely change lives, this could be the perfect fit. About the Role You’ll provide one-to-one support, helping our clients live well at home while ensuring their clinical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include: • Seizure management • PEG feeding • Manual handling • Administering medication This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with young adults who have complex needs. ?? Shifts • Waking Nights, 20:00 – 08:00 • Day Shifts, 08:00 – 20:00 Additional shifts may be available locally for those open to flexible working.
