Channel Enablement Manager

We are looking for a Channel Enablement Manager who will develop and manage enablement programs that strengthen the technical and commercial capabilities of our channel partner ecosystem. You will work closely with Sales Engineers, Channel Sales, Marketing, and external training partners to design and coordinate partner training, certification programs, and technical enablement initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring our partners have the knowledge, skills, and resources to successfully position, deploy, and support Nextcloud solutions while driving partner engagement and ecosystem growth. Aufgaben • Develop and execute partner enablement strategies aligned with business goals and ecosystem growth • Design, coordinate, and continuously improve partner training and certification programs • Manage relationships with external training providers and certification partners • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to develop technical training content, workshops, webinars, and hands-on enablement sessions • Create and maintain partner enablement materials, learning paths, technical documentation, and onboarding resources • Support product launches by ensuring channel partners are trained and ready to position new features and solutions • Coordinate partner onboarding and technical readiness programs for new and existing partners • Track training participation, certification progress, and enablement KPIs, providing recommendations for continuous improvement • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to ensure enablement content remains accurate and up to date • Foster strong relationships
