252 Lighthouse is a children's development, recreation and wellness centre in Lokogoma, Abuja, creating a safe and nurturing space for children to learn, play and develop life skills. They are recruiting an experienced barber to provide professional, age-appropriate haircuts and grooming services for children in a welcoming environment. • Proven practical experience in professional barbering • Ability to deliver neat, modern and age-appropriate children's haircuts • Experience cutting children's hair is highly desirable • Patience, friendliness and good communication skills • Strong attention to hygiene and safety • Ability to work during weekends or peak customer periods where required • Demonstrate respect, patience and a positive attitude towards children • Committed to child safeguarding and protection of children from abuse, neglect, exploitation and inappropriate treatment • Maintain professional boundaries with children and families • Honest, dependable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team • Willing to follow centre policies, hygiene standards and safety procedures • Provide credible references and undergo background and reference checks • Willing to participate in orientation and safeguarding training • Brief CV or summary of work experience • Photographs or portfolio of previous work, where applicable • Relevant certificates, if available • Contact details of two referees
