Your Role in Our Mission: We are looking for a passionate, energetic, people-oriented leader to serve as a Client Success Manager. This role combines relationship-building, client success support, and management responsibilities. You will work closely with our Director of Client Success, the client success team, and the UCM leadership team to coach clients in our success principles, support their teams, perform review calls via zoom, capture happy client video testimonials, and encourage upgrades and referrals.
