Location: Hybrid; you’ll spend 2-3 days per week at our office in London or Basingstoke, as well as working from home. The Accounting team is responsible for all accounting transactions, processes, reporting, and policies governance, including actuals analysis and reporting insights. Commercial Finance focuses on forward-looking planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, deal analysis, and general business partnering. About the Role:The Commercial Finance Manager role is in the Commercial Finance team, and will partner with our CTO and Technology Organisation. The role reports directly to Hawk-Eye's Finance Director, with regular interaction with Hawk-Eye and Sony Sports leadership. This role has real P&L impact, as R&D is one of our biggest areas of spend in the business.   Responsibilities include: • Business partnering: Act as the trusted finance partner to the CTO and technology leadership team, providing financial insight to support short- and long-term decision-making. Own the financials for Tech - from headcount to AI and tooling spend; to capex modelling and strategy; to investment tracking and ROI reporting. • Budgeting & forecasting: Own the annual budget, monthly re-forecasts, and long-range planning for the technology organisation. • Headcount planning: Partner on workforce planning and reporting, given the people-intensive nature of and R&D organisation. • Financial infrastructure build-out: Build reporting infrastructure and mechanisms from the ground up, including: headcount reporting and planning, capitalisation and tax c
