Cook / Chef

FMR Agency is recruiting a skilled Cook/Chef for a serviced apartment in Delta, Nigeria. The role is full-time and requires someone experienced in preparing Nigerian, continental, Caribbean, and international cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for meal preparation, food quality management, menu development, and coordinating with apartment management and front desk staff to meet guests' dietary needs. • Bachelor's Degree • 2–3 years' professional cooking experience in a hotel, restaurant, serviced apartment, or catering establishment • Knowledge of Nigerian/African and international cuisine • Knowledge of food costing, portion control, ingredient sourcing, and stock management • Strong time-management, organisational, and presentation skills • Must be honest, hygienic, creative, and able to work independently • Pastry and baking skills (advantage) • Culinary training or food-hygiene certification (added advantage)
