About the TeamThis role sits in our Acceleration department, home to the people who drive ecosystem growth by building tools, integrations, and partnerships across the Polkadot network. About the RoleAs a Core Developer within the Node function, you'll build and maintain the software that powers network communication, block production, and syncing across the Polkadot network - collaborating with design and engineering teams on infrastructure that's foundational to truly decentralised and resilient applications. What You’ll DoWe are looking for new engineers to join the team. In these positions, you will: • Design and implement core node infrastructure that powers the Polkadot network and the teams building applications on it • Collaborate with design and engineering teams and see direct impact of your work • Work on networking, syncing, and tooling that keep the network fast, reliable, and resilient Your Skills• Work autonomously and solve problems independently • Collaborate with others in an open-source culture, work well with peer review as a reviewer and reviewee • Possess a good understanding of system design and an ability to work with complex systems • Take ownership of their work and be responsible f
