Deine Position The CTO Office at Heartbeat AI GmbH sits at the intersection of product, engineering, organizational design, and strategic operations. You will report to the Chief of Staff and work in close proximity to the Heartbeat AI GmbH executive team at a moment when the product-tech organization is scaling and driving a fundamental shift toward AI-driven ways of working. • Drive cross-team coordination: You triage incoming requests, coordinate across teams, and ensure priorities don't get lost in a high-velocity organization • Turn cross-functional initiatives into scalable processes: You lead projects end-to-end — from scoping and alignment through to delivery — and ensure the solutions you ship are scalable • Apply a product builder lens: Whether a topic calls for a requirements brief, a lightweight prototype, or a structured analytical frame, you bring genuine depth to the problem • Prepare leadership to act decisively: You produce the decision materials, pre-alignments, and follo
