Position: Customer Engineer Location: Jylland, Denmark NCR Voyix has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are currently recruiting across Denmark.    Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility: • To diagnose and make minor repairs and to replace modules on EPOS, Self-Checkouts, PCs, workstations and peripherals, second line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks. For the right profile we are looking to develop your network and infrastructure skillset. • Responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to ensure continuity of customer operations and a high levels of customer satisfaction • Responsible for ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customers satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements • May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit/parts of varying weights. May require bending/squatting, walking/standing /sitting for prolonged periods.
