• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on engineering experience • At least 5 years in a senior engineering leadership or management role • Proven experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments • Demonstrated experience in maintenance management, utilities operations, engineering project execution, and GMP compliance • Professional membership of COREN, NSE, or other relevant professional bodies (advantageous) • Master's degree in Engineering or MBA (advantageous)
