Enterprise AI Transformation Lead, DACH

About the RoleA fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed enterprise AI automation startup is looking for an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to own and scale AI-driven change across the DACH region from Munich. This is a senior, high-ownership role working directly with the founding team to help multibillion-euro enterprises become AI-native operators. You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite leaders, personally build and deploy high-impact AI agent solutions, and play a central role in growing the regional team as the company expands across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of elite consulting, cutting-edge AI, and hands-on company building. What You'll Do• Own regional outcomes across DACH, operating primarily from Munich. • Act as AI transformation partner to CEOs, CIOs, and Chief Transformation Officers at large enterprises. • Run each account as a structured consulting engagement — stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmapping, rollout, and measurable results. • Identify the highest-value AI use cases for each customer and diagnose where AI creates the most leverage. • Build the first agents yourself to prove value, then drive adoption org-wide. • Host executive workshops, strategic briefings, and leadership-oriented QBRs. • Navigate complex enterprise politics to find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact. • Collaborate closely with the founding team on regional strategy, key accounts, and Munich team-building. • Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering — prioritising what they need and pushing back when necessary. • Systematically automate your own workflows by building agents to eliminate manual work.
