• First degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Estate Management, Property Management, Real Estate or related discipline • Minimum 7 years relevant professional experience in residential estate, property or facilities management • Must be a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (ESV) • Must be a member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) • Must be a member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Association of Nigeria (ESVABON/ESABON) • Proven experience managing residential estates or large-scale property operations • Strong knowledge of estate management, property maintenance, service charge administration, and facilities operations • Experience managing contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary service teams • Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant property/facility management systems
