The role (Estimator) We are looking for an Estimator with 4 to 5 years plus experience to join a team of 3, reporting to your Estimating Manager. Main Responsibilities Might Include • Reviewing project plans and specifications • Conducting site visits to gather information on project requirements • Conducting research on construction materials, equipment and labour costs • Preparing detailed cost estimates based on project plans, specifications and cost information • Presenting cost estimates to clients and project managers • Collaborating with project teams to ensure estimates align with project goals • Monitoring project costs and making adjustments as necessary to ensure estimates remain accurate.
