• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Social Sciences or Estate Management • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field or industry • HSE Level 1-3 certification (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel • Knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance • Understanding of property and facility management • Budgeting and finance skills • Project management capability • Communication and organisational skills
