Factory Manager - Head of Operations

Resource Capital Consulting Limited (RCCL) is recruiting a Factory Manager - Head of Operations for the Olodo Cassava Processing Factory in Ogun state. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy or related discipline • Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience • At least 5 years in senior plant or factory leadership • Demonstrated Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing • Proven experience in plant commissioning, turnaround or measurable operational improvement • Strong budgeting, people-management and problem-solving skills • Willingness to reside at or near the factory • Cassava, starch, flour or grain-processing experience (advantageous)
