• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline • Professional certification such as ICAN (ACA), ACCA, or equivalent highly preferred • Minimum 7–10 years progressive experience in Finance and Accounting • At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, taxation, and financial controls • Experience using ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis • Understanding of statutory compliance, audit processes, and financial governance • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
