With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity. Eimear (our Director of Finance) is heading off on maternity leave, and we're looking for an interim finance leader to hold the seat for ~8 months (November to June). This isn't a caretaker role. Your mission is to give the CEO, Board and exec team the numbers and the judgement they need to make good calls. To do that, you'll lead a Financial Controller and an Analyst who are covering month-end, and you'll be hands-on on everything else. Success means: • Run and improve the full FP&A process from day one (monthly reforecast, board packs, monthly exec business reviews) • Support the CEO and exec team on board and investor reporting, and on strategic finance projects as they arise • Oversee the 2027 audit • L
