• Valid flight crew licence and applicable ratings in accordance with NCAA requirements • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate • Relevant flight training and experience appropriate to the position • ATR aircraft type rating and experience, where applicable • Sound knowledge of aviation safety regulations and standard operating procedures • Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills • High standards of professionalism and commitment to flight safety • Leadership and Managerial Skills • Situational Awareness • Problem Solving • ICAO English Language
