This is a full-time position for a Group Head of Real Estate Sales based in Lagos, Nigeria, reporting to lead the firm's property sales operations and business development. The successful candidate will manage a sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, client acquisition, and high-value property transactions. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Finance, or related field • Proven experience in banking, financial services, real estate, or other highly sales-driven industry • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding substantial sales and revenue targets • Experience closing high-value transactions and generating significant revenue • Strong expertise in business development, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and sales negotiations • Proven ability to lead, manage, and drive the performance of a sales team • Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and ability to identify and convert business opportunities • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Target-driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented with ability to perform in high-pressure environment • Currently reside in Lagos and be willing to relocate permanently to Abuja
