• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred) • Previous experience in a customer service or hotel front desk role (advantageous) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and MS Office • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Professional grooming and presentation • CV and photograph required for application
