Excel and Grace Consulting is a fast-paced business consulting organization with over 18 years of experience, certified by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (CMC-Global). They work with small and medium-scale enterprises across Nigeria, Ghana, Germany, Switzerland, Canada and other regions. The company is recruiting a Head of Finance & Capital Strategy to lead financial planning, treasury, budgeting and capital-raising initiatives. • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline • 5–8 years of relevant finance experience in senior finance, treasury or financial planning role • ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification (strongly preferred) • Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, lending or asset financing (advantageous) • Strong competence in budgeting, cash-flow management, financial reporting and financial modelling • Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, debt financing or corporate finance transactions (desirable) • Understanding of IFRS, taxation and applicable financial regulatory requirements • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills • High integrity and sound judgment
