• BMLS/B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent MLSCN-recognised professional qualification • Full MLSCN registration and current practising licence • At least 5 years of relevant post-NYSC experience • At least 2 years in a supervisory or laboratory leadership role • Strong practical experience in Chemical Pathology/Clinical Chemistry • Working knowledge of haematology, medical microbiology and other laboratory services • Demonstrated competence in automated chemistry analysers, quality control, calibration and troubleshooting • Strong leadership, communication, documentation and organisational skills • Qualifications, professional registration and employment references will be verified
