As Head of Sportsbook Performance, you will own margin optimisation across the sportsbook, identifying where value is won and lost, and driving structured improvements that directly impact revenue. You will operate at the intersection of trading, product, and commercial, translating data into clear actions that improve pricing, limits, promotions, and overall configuration, ensuring the sportsbook is both commercially effective and delivers a strong, sustainable customer proposition..
