As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our services to life across the Asia-Pacific region, helping ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our clients. Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, and client teams, you’ll support seamless implementations that set our customers up for long-term success. This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane About the Role The Implementation Manager is part of the Customer Success team and reports to the Senior Director, Customer Success APAC. This role provides strategic implementation leadership and project management support to Sales, Customer Success, and client teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Acting as a critical bridge between client needs and service delivery, the role manages complex, multi-geography implementations of TELUS Health solutions from planning through launch and follow-up. You’ll help establish best practices, support successful client onboarding, and contribute to TELUS Health’s reputation as a trusted partner in health and wellbeing. Role & Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from initiation through client launch and post-launch follow-up • Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and launch schedules in collaboration with clients
