Position Overview dormakaba is seeking an Inside Sales Representative that is remotely based or in our Lexington, KY office. This role is for our Safe Locks business, a leading global provider of high-security locking systems for commercial, banking, retail, and ATM applications. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting new business development, inbound order requests, and day-to-day requirements for our clients. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $50,000 - $65,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do • Drive profitable sales growth through new business development efforts as well as increasing expanding business with existing clients • Solidify reputation as a trusted advisor deploying consultative approach to generating new business • Identify strategic opportunities and establish sales tactics to penetrate and develop specific clients in assigned regions and markets • Continuously review competitive market landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative tactics to maximize sales opportunities and revenue • Perform effectively within a cross-functional team that is comprised of both internal and external stakeholders What we require • 2+ years of Account Management/Inside Sales experience • Travel up to 25% (customers, training, and trade shows) • High school diploma What we prefer • Bachelor’s degree • Knowledge or experience with manufacturing, ATM’s, Financial Institutions, armored transportation, or related field • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Pipedrive) • Familiarity with Spanish What we offer • Taking Care of our Employees on Day One with Medical, Dental, Vi
