• Minimum Second-Class Upper degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Statistics, Communications, Education, or related fields • Evidence and Impact Associate: minimum 4 years relevant experience in research, knowledge management, advocacy, or communications in a development context • Leadership Development Associate: minimum 5 years relevant experience in programme management, leadership development, or public sector capacity building • Leadership Development Associate: at least 2 years in a leadership or management role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Leadership Development Associate: postgraduate degree is an advantage • Evidence and Impact Associate: familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
