• Technical diploma, trade certificate, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field • Practical experience operating CNC machines, preferably in steel manufacturing or metal fabrication • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications • Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, machine controls, and machining operations • Understanding of steel grades, material thicknesses, cutting parameters, and machining tolerances • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and perform basic quality inspections • Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and safe material-handling practices • Ability to work shifts, meet production deadlines, and work effectively within a team
