• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline (for HR Executive) • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related field (for Technical Sales Manager) • 3–6 years of relevant HR experience with active HR consulting experience (for HR Executive) • 5–7 years of experience in industrial technical sales (for Technical Sales Manager) • Demonstrable experience managing full HR spectrum for client organisations (for HR Executive) • Sound knowledge of industrial water treatment systems and processes (for Technical Sales Manager) • Hands-on experience in payroll administration, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations (for HR Executive) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management tools (for HR Executive) • Willingness to travel when required (for Technical Sales Manager) • Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
