• Human Resource Manager: Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field • Human Resource Manager: Minimum 5 years relevant HR experience, preferably in microfinance bank, commercial bank, financial institution or regulated organisation • Human Resource Manager: Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage; MSc in related field is an advantage • Human Resource Manager: Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment practices and HR compliance • Human Resource Manager: Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training • Human Resource Manager: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Thrift Officer: Minimum SSCE/WAEC; OND/HND is an advantage • Thrift Officer: Numeracy and ability to keep accurate records • Thrift Officer: 0-2 years experience; experience in deposit mobilisation, POS agency or market trading is an advantage • Thrift Officer: Knowledge of Onitsha market environment • Thrift Officer: Must provide credible guarantors
