About the Role: Hims & Hers is seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to join our Learning & Development team. This role serves as the technical expert for our Docebo Learning Management System, overseeing system configuration, course and learning plan administration, automation, systems integrations, data integrity, and platform governance to support enterprise learning initiatives across multiple business units and locations. The LMS Administrator will design and maintain automated workflows, build integrations and custom reporting solutions, and evaluate new platform capabilities to keep the LMS scalable and reliable. Working closely with the Sr. Manager of Learning Design and Enablement, Instructional Designers, the Learning Analyst, and cross-functional teams, this role ensures our learning technology infrastructure supports operational excellence and compliance requirements.
