Trade & Transaction Reporting Director (Managing Principal) Location: London | Practice Area: Finance, Risk, Regulatory & Financial Crime | Type: Permanent Shape the future of global regulatory reporting transformation The Role Capco is seeking a Managing Principal (Director level) to lead our Trade & Transaction Reporting capability within the Finance, Risk, Regulatory & Financial Crime (FRRF) practice. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic vision with deep regulatory reporting expertise and a proven track record of leading complex, multi-jurisdictional transformation programmes. You'll partner with global financial institutions to deliver regulatory change, optimise reporting controls, and ensure sustained compliance across key reporting regimes including EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, HKMA, and MAS. You'll also champion AI-enabled ways of working, helping clients and teams responsibly leverage approved AI tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve reporting quality, operational efficiency, and decision-making while maintaining strong governance and human oversight.
