They are currently recruiting for four full-time positions in Lagos: Investor Relations Lead, Head of Business Banking, Head of Retail Banking, and Merchant Business Manager. • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or related field • For Head roles: MBA/MSc/MA preferred or advanced professional certification • Investor Relations Lead: 8–12 years experience in investor relations, research, or financial analysis in financial services • Head, Business Banking: 10–12 years in commercial, corporate, or SME banking • Head, Retail Banking: 10–12 years retail banking experience, including 5+ years in leadership role • Merchant Business Manager: 8–10 years experience • Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, and portfolio management • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills • Leadership and team management abilities • Strategic thinking and negotiation skills • Knowledge of credit management, collections, and financial analysis • Understanding of digital banking platforms and fintech solutions (for retail roles)
