The role is full-time and involves overseeing collection centres, validating partner reports, developing operational strategies, conducting facility inspections, and monitoring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental science, biological science, physical science, supply chain logistics, or business management from an accredited institution • 5–7 years of work experience • Minimum age of 27 years • Valid NYSC certificate • Project management and interpersonal communication skills • Report writing and presentation skills • Metric-driven and problem-solving mindset • Self-motivated with high level of commitment and sense of ownership • Understanding of waste management or circular economy ecosystem (preferred) • Experience in oversight of construction or building projects (preferred)
