This is a one-month paid competitive trial — you'll run alongside one other SDR candidate, 100% commission, no cap. The stronger performer at the end of the month is offered an ongoing contract on a monthly retainer + commission. What you'll do • Source and outreach 60–75 targeted touches per day (LinkedIn, email, fundraising boards, company/SIC-code lists) • Qualify and book calls into our closer's calendar • Work closely with our Promoter/closer — you own lead quality, they own conversion, and you'll both be measured on the same downstream numbers Trial compensation • £20 per qualified call booked • £250 per paid Audit that call converts into • No retainer, no cap — strong performers can significantly outearn a typical SDR salary in month one Ongoing contract (for the trial winner) • £1,000/month retainer + £10 per qualified call + £125 per paid Audit • Ongoing commission on every high-ticket Agentic Transformation package sold from your pipeline • Worth £24,000–£32,000 a year OTE at target (around £30,000 with one Transformation sale a month) Tools you'll n
