Industry: NGO / Non-Profit Associations Leadership, Effectiveness, Accountability & Professionalism (LEAP) Africa is a leadership development non-profit organization that was founded by Ndidi Okonkwo Nwuneli (MFR) in May 2002. Our mission is to inspire, empower and equip a new cadre of African leaders by providing skills and tool for personal, organizational and community transformation. LEAP’s activity is broadly categorized into Youth LEAP, Business LEAP and eLEAP to address these focal points working with entrepreneurs and youth. Key areas include youth development, employability, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, social innovation and SME development. Since inception, LEAP has successfully launched in 26 cities including the FCT in collaboration with international communities, state government, leading financial institutions and non-profit organizations across the world. LEAP’s trainings have also been delivered in African countries such as Burundi, Rwanda and Ghana. These programmes have impacted over 45, 000 Nigerians to lead ethically, become change agents and high performing individuals. Its youth beneficiaries have initiated over 1, 000 high-impact community change projects across Nigeria. Driven by our vision to be recognized as the premier resource centre for developing dynamic, innovative and principled African leaders who will drive Africa’s realization of its full potential, LEAP has published 11 business and youth themed books which are used as practical case studies
