What You’ll Do: • Lead the local HR and General Services function as a member of the leadership team, partnering directly with the General Manager on the people priorities that move the business. • Translate Flutter's group people strategy into the Albanian reality, working hand-in-hand with the Corporate HR Competence Centers in Italy. • Own the full HR cycle on the ground: workforce planning and budgeting, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation, disciplinary matters, labor litigation, union and labor relations, and external partnerships. • Oversee General Services and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), making sure our people work in a safe, modern, and well-run environment. • Lead and coordinate the Communication team, ensuring internal and external messages reflect who we are and where we're going.
