The RoleAs an Onboarding Specialist on the People Operations team, you will shape the experience for every new joiner at Mistral worldwide. Your work will ensure new team members feel prepared and welcomed from the moment they accept an offer, through their first weeks and beyond. You will partner closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace to ensure each onboarding is seamless, consistent, and tailored to local needs.
