People Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to help build and scale our people infrastructure across regions. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing People Operations team, working closely with our Kraken Capabilities team, and business leaders.  This role is critical to ensuring a brilliant, seamless experience across the employee lifecycle - from post-offer onboarding through to off-boarding - while continuously improving our systems and processes to enhance both individual and organisational performance. 🚀 What you’ll own: • • Own and improve people systems (e.g. HiBob, Lever, Zinc), ensuring data integrity, usability, and scalability. • Lead and support global People Ops initiatives - from design to implementation - across onboarding, internal mobility, and exits. • Coordinate onboarding logistics including equipment, contracts, system access, and background checks. • Support Visa operations: tracking visa types, managing agency communications, and maintaining documentation/templates. • Maintain and localise policies, handbooks, and guides. • Advise managers and employees on people tools and policies, ensuring a compliant and human-first experience. • Collaborate with Legal, IT, Talent, and Payroll to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant processes across geographies. 🧠 What you'll bring to the party: • • Solid experienc
