As a Performance Marketing Manager on the Growth Marketing team within the Consumer & Business group, you'll own Coinbase's global performance marketing program, managing hundreds of millions in ad spend across paid search, paid social, and mobile channels to drive new user acquisition at or above ROI targets. You'll scale our customer base and revenue through data-driven, full-funnel acquisition strategies, building the playbooks and measurement frameworks that connect channel performance to downstream business
