What will the role involve?• Design and deliver end-to-end product experiences — from low-fi sketches to high-fidelity prototypes • Validate design decisions through both qualitative and quantitative research methods • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and wider teams to solve complex problems using first principles thinking • Craft simple, accessible, and visually polished experiences that put the user first • Champion and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability • Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life — balancing polish with pragmatism • Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions to unlock ideas and align teams • Thrive i
