• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field • 2–5+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement • Experience in hospitality, catering, food service, or FMCG industry (preferred) • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain operations • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and procurement software • Good analytical and cost-control skills • Excellent communication and coordination abilities • Attention to detail and problem-solving capability • Knowledge of food commodities and kitchen equipment procurement (preferred for catering)
