• HND or BSc degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field • 2–4 years' experience in kitchen operations, food production, or quality control in food service • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards • Strong leadership, planning, and reporting skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight production timelines • CV required
