Regional General Manager, Airports As the Regional General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to deliver safe operations while driving excellence in operational performance and guest service through our contracted service partners across the designated region. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Airports, you will lead a team of Regional Managers and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance, foster positive relationships, and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all airport touchpoints within the region. This role requires an experienced leader who holds service partners accountable for delivering WestJet's operational and service standards while balancing the needs of our guests, our partners, and our business.
